From 10:30 - 14:00 UTC, Form3 experienced an impact on the Bacs service simulator.

We have investigated the issue and can confirm that customers using the Bacs simulator during this time, may have experienced payment processing latency or payment failures in some instances.

The service has since recovered and after a period of monitoring, our Incident Response Team has confirmed there is no ongoing impact.
