From 09:05 - 09:49 UTC Form3 saw a degradation on the Staging environment intermittently impacting payment submission. Customers may have seen requests fail unexpectedly during this time.

Services have since recovered and all payments are processing as normal.

Form3 are reviewing the environment to ensure appropriate mitigations are in place to prevent further issues.
