FPS Indirect Simulator Unavailable

Our FPS Indirect simulator experienced an issue between approximately 16:00 UTC 08/12/19 - 11:15 UTC 09/12/19

This was due to an internal platform degradation with our Indirect Partner. Customers will have seen requests to the simulator during this period time out.

We have confirmed the service has returned to full health and are following up with our partner to ensure mitigations are put in place to prevent further issue

We will continue to monitor the service to ensure there is no ongoing impact.
