#9832 Issue During Release Deployment

Incident Report for Form3 Staging

Resolved

During a routine release to the Staging environment, Form3 saw a degradation to API calls from approximately 14:49 - 14:55 UTC.

The release was completed and the service stabilised without further issue, the Incident Response Team are viewing the release to identify mitigations to prevent further occurrences of this issue.

There was no impact to the Production environment.
