We have identified an issue which caused a delay to notifications in our Staging Environment over the weekend 30/11 - 01/12. This resulted in notifications being delayed in triggering from the point of the subscription event. An initial fix was implemented at 10:41 UTC 02/12 resolving the degradation and reducing all delay to acceptable parameters. A further wider remediation was then released later in the day. Customers should now see all notifications processing without further degradation.
This issue was not replicated into the Production environment
